The producer is a cooperative of more than 400 olive growers in jaén (spain). Jaén is regarded as the “world’s capital of olive oil”, the largest producer of olive oil in spain and also world-wide accounting for 20% of the world’s olive oil. the producer’s facilities, with 5, 000 square meters, are organised in different sections, including a milling and production factory, a warehouse with a storage capacity of more than 4, 000 mt, and a packaging plant. this extra virgin olive oil is made with the picual olives, giving off an intensely fruity smell, a colour with dominant shades of green, and a lightly spicy and bitter taste that guarantees the conservation of all its natural components.
