    Modular Mounting Systems - DS-OLVI-MMS-3

  • The modular mounting system uses a standard modular 'building block' approach, encompassing all pressure instrument and differential pressure instrument hook-up requirements for isolation calibration and venting of a process. The design takes into account all possible options concerning process connections, manifold requirements, and environmental and heating requirements
  • Simply select your plate design, then your manifold based on the measuring instrument, select the appropriate environmental protection device, if required, and accessories and tube fittings

  • 'L' shaped mounting plate - 316 stainless steel plate and fixings which provides option of sunshade
  • Rectangular mounting plate - 316 stainless steel plate and fixings which provides a compact plate solution

    Sampling And Injection Valves - DS-OLVP-SI-3

  • Sampling of the process stream can be taken even at full system pressure, from the central flow stream
  • Chemicals or scale inhibitors can be injected directly in to the centre of the process stream under full pressure

  • Sampling - the length of the probe is specified by the customer, or alternatively if projections into the process line cannot be allowed the valve can be supplied without a probe. Also a 'triple block and bleed' valve configuration ensures an exact trapped volume leading to precise repetitive sampling each time. Sample nozzle as standard has a 45 angled end
  • Injection - utilising the same basic valve configurations and probe, the injection assembly has additionally on the valve inlet a one way check valve which opens for injection and goes normally closed to eliminate process fluid outflow.
