    1/2" Half Turn Deepwater Manually Actuated Gate Valve -

    Key Features
  • Successfully completed the PR2 Performance Verification Test of API 6A Appendix F and API 17D Section 307
  • The stem seal is a unique Moly filled PTFE multi-ring chevron style gland set incorporating two spring energised 'U' cup seals
  • Metal to Metal seals between seat to gate, seat to body, body to bonnet and backseat
  • Wave spring behind seats provides low pressure sealing and protects the valve cavity from debris
  • Precision needle roller bearings take up the stem thrust load, reducing operating torques to a minimum
    Half turn operation provides simple position indication
  • If stop pin shears due to overtorque, the valve internals will not be damaged and the valve can still be opened and closed
  • Uninterrupted flow passage through valve
  • Unique bonnet design allows 4 alternative stem positions to align with ROV docking panel

    Miniature Needle Valves And Manifolds - DS-OLVI-MNV-10

  • Oliver's miniature range of valves are ideal for applications where space and weight is very limited
  • Range of single isolate 2, 3 and 5 valve manifold configurations
  • Miniature valves are available with the option of hard or soft seats

  • Miniature valves and manifolds are used when isolation, venting and equalising are required at a pressure rating of 6, 000psi, but where space and weight is at a premium
  • Non rotating tip and anti-blow out spindle as standard
  • Direct and remote mount manifold configuration available

  • Strong construction and no potential leak points in this one piece 'grain flow controlled' forged body Double Block & Bleed valve
  • Three main valve configurations; 'D' type 2-ball valve isolates and a needle valve vent; 'F' type 3-ball valves; 'N' type 3-needle valves
  • Single flange, double flange or triple flange configurations available
  • On 'D' types bore sizes of 10mm, 14mm and 20mm available, on 'F' types 10mm and 14mm, and 'N' types bore is 5.4mm
