To brief our business, we are huge group of people associated from different parts of the world, cater materials and services to mechanical engineering companies, especially to medium scale organizations.
We as an individual, is a trading organization. We procure / fabricate / manufacture the parts / components from different parts of the world. Our expertise enable us to choose the vendor / or the place to procure raw material, which results in the genuine of material, skill of workmanship, integrity of assembly, aesthetics in looks, accuracy in dimensions and sturdiness in packing. We have approved vendors who are capable of supply of components for different applications such as for Oil Drilling, Automobile, Food industry, Chemical, Biomedical and Textile.
Our scope of work is wide, from designing, preparation of drawing, to theoretical analysis, to manufacturing of components with almost all materials such as different grades of Stainless steel, Brass, Bronze, Aluminium, Copper, Rubber, Plastic and many more. We normally take around four to six weeks to process the items and deliver it to your door step. We also prefer less quantity items and items with less frequency. We may even hold the inventory on behalf of you and would deliver it to you as and when required.
Our team comprises of tool engineers, tool makers, skilled machine operators, dedicated quality control engineers and inspectors. These people are skilled to craft the components / assemblies to the desired level of our esteemed customers. Our associates has variety of machines which include universal milling machines, CNC lathes, VMCs, Wire cut, EDM, Water jet machining, Laser and many more. We are also involved in casting of metals, injection moulding of plastic components, compression moulding of rubber components etc.,
