The d-53x2 is solid and durable and is manufactured with quality materials. Designed for medium to frequent use, it features tubular steel legs with locking roller castors and a large, stainless-steel table-top with fixed parcel stops. It is extremely quiet in operation (69db).

Quick start up (heater reaches operating temperature in 30 sec).

We are offering the propac asm-28 automatic strapping machine is capable of applying up to 28 straps per minute this automatic machine is ideal for high volume application. The machine has a loop ejection feature which automatically ejects any misplaced empty loops. Choose from a manual push button, foot pedal or automatic start cycle operation to suit your end of line packaging requirements. The asm-28 houses its strapping reel inside the machine for a compact design and features an easy to load reel replacement system with auto re-feed making reel replacements simple. An audible warning buzzer sounds when the machine senses the current reel is running low. Safety cut outs are fitted to all doors to prevent injury or machine damage during operation. The asm-28 comes fitted with a standard arch size of 850mm (w) x 600mm (h) but other arch size are available to accommodate any taller products that require strapping.

Box sizes
the machines will accept a wide range of width and height boxes. Manually adjusted machines may be set up for long runs of same size boxes and have a high maximum rate of throughput.
Random size machines sense varying height and width boxes at the infeed and set themselves automatically. They are ideal for packing areas where many different size boxes are produced simultaneously. They have a slower maximum throughput rate.
Box weights and solidity
the overall proportions, weight, and solidity of the box types to be packed will determine the best belt feed mechanism to use;
bottom belt feed heavy, stable, regular boxes. Top and bottom belt feed most medium to heavy ordinary shaped boxes.
